1. Core Responsibilities:
• Contact Telecommunications Customers.
• Achievement of cold-calling targets.
• Interface with clients and to support the business development & sales team.
• Understand and implement the client's organisation services, standard procedures and policies.
2. Experience & Qualification:
• Must have previous experience in telecommunication sales e.g. AT&T, Sprint, etc.
• High School Diploma
3. Skills:
• Strong Negotiating and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet daily sales quota
• Excellent spoken English (neutralized for Call Centre)
• Customer Service Skills
• General use of computers - including MICROSOFT suite of Office applications particularly WORD and EXCEL
4. Special Requirement:
• Police Record
