STUDENT RECORDS OFFICER

The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of technical and computer support functions for the ‘College Manager’ (Information System) which including inputting of students information and the preparation transcripts, etc. 
Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge/Skills

Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role
Comprehensive knowledge of student accounting procedures and regulations, source data and function of the student information systems;
Comprehensive knowledge of computers, computer commands, peripheral and various operating systems;
Sound knowledge of students academic policy and financial arrangements in keeping with the Education Act;
Sound knowledge of data management policies and procedures 
Duties/Responsibilities

Select data from varied sources and analyze information from standard reports to College administrators;
Prepare individual student reports and transcripts;
Record electronic files for storage such as daily back-up copies and copies for transmittal;
Prepare and maintain computer record of student grades, enter data from submitted forms, review late arrival forms, e.g., registration and grades, etc.
Maintain, generate and distribute students demographic and grade information;
Maintain records of students’ withdrawal from School, reason for withdrawal, etc, and generate statistical data,
Manage the changeover from paper-based to electronic-based records management system;
Resolve problems with information management 
Salary:

Basic Salary (Range) - $720,866 - $892,544 per annum
