The successful candidate should:
Have at least a certificate in Telephone/Switchboard operating.
Obtained a minimum of five (5) GCE or CXC subjects including English Language.
Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in telephone operating.
Speak fluently and have a pleasant voice.
Be able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Have excellent time management and interpersonal skills
